Launch of New portal for digitisation of vehicle recall process has been implemented by the Government. It is responsible to aid in the following processes
a. Registration of new users in Vehicle Recall System
b. Vehicle complaint registration
c. Flagging the counter for triggering the Recall
d. Action taken by the Designated officers
e. Withdrawal of raised complaints
